COVID-19: Working with and for young people

The Compact for Young People in Humanitarian Action is committed to mitigating and responding to this global health emergency. Our goal is to protect young people and adolescents, while recognising that they are invaluable partners in responding effectively to COVID-19 and its effects felt in societies across the globe.

We have mobilised to provide humanitarian actors with operational guidance on working with and for young people during this pandemic.

Equipped with knowledge about what they can do to keep their friends, families and communities safe, young people can be powerful allies in combating this virus.
